This product is a second (cosmetic flaws).

Each purifier in the CW12 category has been classified as a second due to cosmetic imperfections. The specific flaws may vary from piece to piece, as each purifier is assessed and packed individually when it is deemed a second. We do not photograph each individual purifier; instead, the pictured item represents typical flaws for this style.

Possible Flaws:

  • Small specks, marks, or blemishes on the surface of the pot.
  • The lid and infit may not fit as snugly as intended.
  • Variations in shades of white and textures between pot components.
  • Deeper throwing lines
  • Smaller than a standard purifier 

While these cosmetic flaws are present, each purifier remains functional and looks great when assembled.

All seconds purifiers come with a 12-month warranty. If the item is not fit for purpose, it will be replaced with another seconds item. Please choose carefully: we do not offer exchanges or refunds for seconds stock based on colour, texture, or cosmetic flaws that do not align with personal taste after the item has been received.

About the purifiers
The Village Pottery Company offers this modern and sleek range of water purifiers. These stoneware pots are handmade on the mid north coast NSW and filters out 99% of contaminants that can be found in drinking water. The features of the Water Purifier include:
  • Non-toxic- made from stoneware clay
  • Choose from the Royal Doulton Super Sterasyl Filter or the Doulton Ultra Fluoride Filter 
  • A bench top water storage unit and filtering system
  • Fitted with a stainless-steel tap

Our filters

The ceramic water purifier comes with either a Royal Doulton Super Sterasyl Filter or the Doulton Ultra Fluoride Filter, both filters last 6-12 months or 1600 litres. Both filters remove almost all contaminates, the Doulton Ultra Fluoride Filter is the only unit that removes Fluoride out of the two.  For further reading, please follow the link to the information page.

Materials

Handmade from stoneware clay and fired to 1280 degrees Celsius, this purifier has been glazed using non-toxic materials and is the perfect container for storing water. The interior of the purifier is glazed with Australia's own Walker Ceramics food safe white dipping glaze.

  • Purifier and kombucha pot orders: $30 is added at checkout for shipping Australia wide.
  • Purifier and kombucha pot orders: $90AUD is added for postage to New Zealand, all NZ orders are shipped via Aramex.
  • For other smaller items including replacement filters, postage is from $10.
  • Postage insurance included
  • Australian orders are shipped via AusPost.
