Each seconds item is unique, and imperfections vary from piece to piece — purchasing from this listing means you're happy to accept a one-of-a-kind purifier with some visual quirks. A grade seconds have discreet or minor cosmetic imperfections, while still remaining fully functional.

Possible flaws could include:
• glaze variations
• small surface marks or uneven finishes
• small surface chips
• misaligned parts (e.g. wobbly infit, imperfect lid)
• surface crack around front label

We do not offer custom selection or photos of individual items, so it’s a bit of a lucky dip! If you’re after a perfect finish, we recommend purchasing from our standard stock instead.

All seconds purifiers come with a 12-month warranty. If the item is not fit for purpose, it will be replaced with another seconds item.
